SAFETY AT SEA PROGRAM

DESCRIPTION

Event for junior sailors age 13 and above. After an hour and a half on land learning big boat organization, emergency drills and strategy, you'll head out on a big racing sailboat, one of which will be a Grand Prix sailboat. If learning teamwork on a racing keelboat equipped with the very latest in go-fast gear appeals to you, make sure you plan to be in Annapolis for this event.

FBYC PLANS

We will either leave FBYC the night before and stay at a sailing host's house or drive up the morning of the event.

DIRECTIONS

Take the Rowe Blvd exit off Route 50. At the circle, right onto Duke of Gloucester Street. Duke of Gloucester ends at Compromise Street. AYC is directly in front of you. Turn right over the bridge to get to the AYC junior clubhouse. Turn left at the light to go to SSA, then left onto First Street, SSA clubhouse on right.
