NOTICE The event information below, used in conjunction with the General Offshore Notice of Race, comprises the complete NOTICE OF RACE for the event.

This race will be a staggered-start, pursuit race around government marks. J/70 class will use the current PHRF of the Chesapeake J/70 one design rating.

PHRF NON-SPIN will be sailed allowing only one (1) headsail downwind.

PROGRAM There will be an Oyster Roast held at the Clubhouse following the race (see above). Awards will be presented for this race following the day's races. In the event of inclement weather preventing racing, the event will be held earlier.

If one boat in a class or subclass finishes within the time limit, boats still racing that do not finish within 30 minutes of the first boat finishing in her class will be scored TLE (Time Limit Expired) which will be equal to the number of competitors plus one.

SCORING The winner in each class shall be the boat that finishes first in that class. For yachts choosing to participate in the Winter Series races on November 17th and December 1st, the score for this race will be combined with those races to determine the Winter Series Winner.
