FBYC Junior Regatta: Any Junior Sailor with an Optimist, Byte, Laser, Laser Radial or 420 may sail in the FBYC Junior Regatta. This is an excellent opportunity to exercise what you learned in Junior Week in a Regatta devoted to Juniors

Virginia State Opti Championship: FBYC is honored to host this important championship event. Any Junior may sail, regardless of residence and with or without sailing organization membership.

The registration fee of $10 covers the cost of a light breakfast and cookout. Special T-shirts will be provided.

DESCRIPTION

This is a single day of racing with three to five or more races open to Juniors. There will be a separate Optimist course. Optimists will be divided into Red, Blue, White, and Green fleets, as defined by USODA. There will be a separate start for the Green fleet.

Skippers Meeting 1000

First Warning Signal 1100

No lunches provided

Followed by 3-5 or more races

Followed by refreshments, cookout and awards.

SPECIAL NOTE

Volunteers with powerboats are always welcome to be on the water
