Saturday September 4, 2004 to Sunday, September 5, 2004
Eligibility: This regatta is open to racing and cruising monohull yachts that have a valid rating with PHRF or MORC class organizations. One-design competitors must be members of their respective class associations.
Classes: Starts will be offered for the following classes:
PHRF A/B/C Spinnaker
MORC
PHRF Non-spinnaker
If sufficient yachts are registered, the classes listed above may be subdivided, One-Design classes added, or classes combined. See Sailing Instructions
Entry: $90 per boat, $80 for US Sailing members, received no later than Friday, August 27, 2004 by 1800. Late Fee of $25 will be assessed for entries received after August 27th. Make checks payable to FBYC.

Race Area: Chesapeake Bay off the mouth of the Piankatank River.
Racing and Course: The number of daily races on Saturday, September 4 and Sunday, September 5, 2004, will be determined by the Race Committee based on the weather conditions. The warning signal for Saturday’s first start is scheduled for 1100. Races will be on round-the-buoys courses using drop marks listed in the Sailing Instructions.
Sailing Instructions: The Sailing Instructions will be available on FBYC.net and at Registration. This notice of race supercedes the notice of race in the 2004 FBYC Sailing Events Book.
