SPRING SERIES

DESCRIPTION The Spring Series will consist of three race days. Each day will consist of up to six races. A separate course may be set for Optimists. Advance registration is encouraged at www.fbyc.net.

Followed by subsequent races
Followed by refreshments and awards
CLASSES Classes are Flying Scot, Front Runner, and 420. Any class of any three like or unlike one-design boats is also invited to race. The Portsmouth Number (D-PN) handicapping system will be used to score classes of unlike boats.
AWARDS Awards will be presented by the Race Chair for each day’s racing shortly after the conclusion of racing. Overall series awards will be presented at the Piankatank Regatta, June 1, 2013.
CBYRA SANCTION Each day of the Spring Series is sanctioned as a separate event for CBYRA High Point awards in certain classes as shown in the CBYRA One Design Schedule.
