PROGRAM The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Fishing Bay Yacht Club are co-organizing authorities for this regatta. Fishing Bay Yacht Club is the Host Club and will provide race management assisted by Stingray Harbor Yacht Club, with onshore activities hosted by the Deltaville Maritime Museum. Onshore activities will be at Deltaville Maritime Museum & Holly Point Nature Park. There will be three courses.
Printed Sailing Instructions will be available at registration, Friday July 7, 1800 to 1930, at Deltaville Maritime Museum & Holly Point Nature Park, and entries received before June 13th will have their boat name featured on the official Leukemia Cup Regatta t-shirt. Dinner tickets are available from LLS or at the Deltaville Maritime Museum on July 8th at a cost of $20 for Friday and $35 for Saturday. Child dinners are available each night for a reduced fare.
ENTRY Available several ways - fee is $125, increases to $150 after June 12.

ELIGIBILITY Starts will be offered for the following classes: PHRF Spinnaker, Non Spinnaker, Leukemia (Cruising) and Classic yachts designed 1977 and earlier. Cruising Class & Classic Class will receive a courtesy rating which may not be appealed. If sufficient yachts are registered, classes may be subdivided, one design classes may be added or classes may be combined to enhance the quality of racing. PHRF-NS will be sailed allowing only one (1) headsail to be set at a time downwind. All PHRF boats must have a current valid PHRF rating certificate and must meet current category US Nearshore or PHRF Chesapeake Bay requirements.
RENDEZVOUS Multiple races will be attempted each day with warning signals at 1100 on Saturday, July 8, and at 1000 on Sunday, July 9. Drop mark courses will be located in the Chesapeake Bay off Stingray Point. The Low Point Scoring System will be used. There will be no throw-outs.
RULES The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing, except as modified by the regatta Sailing Instructions.
SKIPPERS' MEETING There will be a brief skippers' meeting for the Cruising & Classic Class only at 1930 Friday, July 7, at the Deltaville Maritime Museum & Holly Point Nature Park.
PRIZES Daily awards presented to all classes on Saturday evening. Event awards will be given for classes and subclasses following racing on Sunday, July 9.
CBYRA SANCTION The event is sanctioned for CBYRA High Point awards for PHRF Spinnaker and Non-Spinnaker and One-Design Classes.
