PATUXENT RIVER CRUISE
Friday, May 18, - Friday, May 25, 2018

This cruise will include a visit to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station (PAX NAS), with dockage in their West Basin Marina and behind-the-scene tours of some of the base facilities, including the Admiral's house.  Plan for a pre-cruise dinner at the Club on Friday the 18th, with departure on Saturday the 19th.  We are looking to anchor out near Point Lookout on Saturday evening, and arrive at the PAX NAS on Sunday. On Monday, we will do our tours.  On Tuesday, we'll make a short hop over to Solomons Island and overnight there. For the return legs, we are looking at sailing across the Bay to Crisfield MD on Wednesday, then back to the Northern Neck on Thursday, with a short sail home on Friday.  Further details will be provided as planning proceeds.  For questions, contact Tad Thompson, tuckahotad@aol.com, 804-240-4993.
