FAMILY & JUNIOR ALUMNI REGATTA

DESCRIPTION This family-friendly event encourages and promotes families who sail together. The skipper/crew combination must be family members. They can be of any age and relationship, such as, but not limited to, father-son, mother-daughter, wife-husband, grandparent-grandchild, siblings, cousins, etc. Juniors are welcome and encouraged. FBYC Junior Program alumni are welcome to single hand or race together regardless of relationship. Racing will feature multiple races of small course buoy racing on the Piankatank River near Fishing Bay.

CLASSES Flying Scot, Melges 15, and any class of any three like one design boats, or 3 unlike boats racing in a Portsmouth fleet are also invited to race.  When fewer than three boats participate, they may start with a pre-designated One Design fleet but will not be scored.

REGISTRATION All participants must register prior to the start of the first race.  Event registration, information and notices can be found at the event website on Regatta Network.

PROGRAM

• 1000 - Welcome and Late Registration (via Regatta Network only)
• 1030 - Skippers Meeting
• 1200 - First warning signal
• Awards, beverages and snacks to follow racing
