Grilled chicken farfalle pasta, italian sausage and short rib penne bolognese, wild mushroom ravioli, fennel prosciutto pesto rigatoni, tomato cavatappi pasta and white truffle mac and cheese
Includes focaccia and caesar salad
Southwest Taco Station
Shrimp, veggie, guajillo chicken, and carnitas tacos
Includes street corn chopped salad, roasted corn, pico de gallo and taco fixings
Steak Frites Station
Carved marinated hanger steak, truffled french fries, chimichurri, tarragon aioli
Includes baby arugula salad with dijon vinaigrette

$75 for adult non members (price includes 1 drink ticket)
$35 for youths under 15 years old
Non alcoholic beverages, tea and coffee are provided at no charge

5:45 pm - Registration and bar opens accompanied by Candied Bacon & Nuts
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Annual Meeting
7:00 pm: Dinner
7:45 pm - 8:15 pm: Awards Presentation
8:30 pm: Selection of passed desserts to commence immediately following the awards
8:30 pm: Dancing begins to the music of 9 Piece Band “Tidewater Drive”
9:30 pm: Dining stations will close
11:00 pm: Ball ends
