MURPHY'S LAW:  "A dirty dog and no sailor" is a nautical expression describing a scamp or a rascal.  Your Racing Beagle takes exception with the compound term.  I contend that laying drunk and dirty under a beer truck diminishes racing prowess in no way!  Let's drop the "no sailor" bit!  /S/  Murphy the Racing Beagle, the sailing spirit in us all.
