Cougars Dominate Stern Sloop Regatta While Women's Team Qualifies for ACCs

onThis past weekend the College of Charleston hosted both the T.S. Stern Sloop Regatta and the Women's singlhanded and doublehanded Atlantic Coast Championship Qualifiers. The sloop team of Blake Kimbrough, Jose Fuentes, and Patrick Wilson dominated in J-22s while the women qualified handly for both single and doublehanded ACCs.Saturday: Dens fog, postponed till 2:00. Sailed 3 races in a light 5-8 knot southerly.
Sunday: Postponed due to no wind Southerly filled at 2:00. Sailed two races in 5-10 knots.
