FBYC Board Supports Private Clubhouse Use

NEW CLUBHOUSE USAGE
It is our plan, however, to make the club available to members for private functions, provided these do not unreasonably interfere with membersÂ’ enjoyment of the facilities. Notice of restricted use while private functions are underway will be advertised to the membership via one or more of the following routes: the Log, e-mail, and/or posted notices. Fees for restricted use of the club will be set on a case-by-case basis to at least offset the added costs of cleaning the facilities before and after each event.
Until such time as we have more experience in using our new facilities, the club will not be made available for non-member functions.
A pre-requisite for use of the club by members and their guests is that all users are responsible for leaving any part of the club they use in at least as good a condition as they find it.
