Laser Spring Regatta Results

The Laser Spring Regatta saw 8 Standard Lasers and 3 Radials out for racing on a beautiful day on the Piankatank. The wind was a little light, but PRO Matt Lambert kept the course as square as they could and ran 6 races.

With a few short courses and a few longer courses the fleet got in some good competitive races and everyone had a good time.
The format for Laser racing at FBYC has changed this year. Rather than participate on the same days as other one design fleets at FBYC, we have scaled back the Laser events to just 3 on days where no other classes are sailing. 2 more Laser race days remain: Sunday, September 18 and Sunday, November 6. These 3 events together will be scored as the Laser Series.
