Open House Regatta, Sunflower Raft Up & Pig Pickin' Dinner and Party
Always an AWESOME day both on and off the water. After a staggered start distance race open to all sailing vessels of any size, all boats assemble in a sunflower formation in Fishing Bay, effectively creating a big swimming hole in the center...after which everyone disbands to head ashore for a good old fashioned pig pickin' with bar and band.
Schedule of Events:
0900: Skippers' Meeting
1100: First warning signal for racers
1200 - 1600: Sunflower raft up
1300: Racing boats finishing, spectators watch from pier
1700 - 1830: Onshore Happy Hour
1830: Pig Pickin' and dinner by DAVID's WHITE HOUSE!
1800 - 2200: Live Entertainment by JACKASS FLATS!
