Offshore Race, Sun., 2nd, is Cancelled. Sat., Nov. 8th Race is Still On

Based on replies from an offshore racing group inquiry, and the need to find race committee, the decision has been made to cancel the race scheduled for this Sunday, 2nd.
We will conduct a last race on Sat., Nov. 8th, as planned. The race on the 8th, will be one, longer race around government marks, possibly Wolftrap. We encourage spin boats, who may have trouble lining up sufficient crew, to come out and race non-spin for one last fun day on the water.
The race will follow with an oyster roast at the Clubhouse. Please reply by Tuesday, 4th, if you plan to sail so we know how many oysters to keep and how many to throw back. Randy
