onYesterday's Washington Post forecast for the Upper Potomac was "becoming partly sunny, windy, chilly , wind northwest 15-30 knots".Todays paper forecasts a more normal 6-12 knots but reports that six J-22's capsized yesteday. Also that "when the spume settled, five time champion Betsy Alison, who was leading the regatta, went from first to 15th oveall because of a second OCS in seven races". Races were cancelled after the first race yesterday. Rolex Results are available showing Marie Klok Crump in 29th place.
