You are invited to the 2002 Sailing Events Planning Meeting. The purpose of the meeting is to begin to plan the sailing schedule for the coming year for the Offshore, One Design, Junior Activities and Cruising Divisions. We are interested in your input and opinions as to what events we should schedule, how many, when, what should be changed, added, or deleted. It would be especially helpful for the past Offshore Division Cdr, One Design Division Cdr. and all Fleet Captains to canvas your sailors for what they want. We also need to consider how to get more boats on the water for all fleets.The meeting will be held on November 19, 6 PM, in the Second Floor Auditorium at Scott and Stringfellow, Inc. Please come to the Mutual Building at 9th and Main Streets in downtown Richmond. You may park on Main Street or in the parking lots just south of Cary between 8th and 6th streets. The best access to the Mutual Building is from the Main Street. Please tell the guard that you are attending a meeting with Strother Scott in the second floor auditorium. Go up the steps and proceed to the southern half of the building.

Refreshments and pizza will be provided. Please confirm to Strother Scott or me if you will be attending or not, so we will have enough beer and pizza.
