Welcome to the 2015 FBYC Junior Division!

We are excited about the 2015 Junior Sailing season at Fishing Bay Yacht Club!  We are looking forward to another great year of Fun.  No matter your sailor's age, experience and sailing goals, we have an event to excite them and get them out on the water with their friends.  Our philosophy is that if kids have fun sailing with their friends, they will come back for more!  And remember-parents and grandparents are always welcome to join in the fun!  

Here are some important ANNOUNCEMENTS and DATES:

FBYC Hosting the 2015 Chesapeake Bay Junior Olympics!

U.S. Sailing and the CBYRA Junior Division have awarded FBYC the 2015 USA Junior Olympic Sailing Festival-Chesapeake Bay Open.  The regatta will take place immediately after Junior Week on June 27-28.  The Junior Olympics are a prestigious event created by the US Olympic Committee to foster development among youth in Olympic sports.  This will be a wonderful opportunity for all FBYC juniors and their families!  We are expecting sailors from around the Bay and the mid-Atlantic area.  We will have a large Green Fleet for beginning and novice Opti racers, as well as courses for Optis, Lasers and 420s; and fun evening entertainment for sailors and non-sailors!
