Strother and Evie are the proud father of twins - both FBYC members. For 24 years he sailed NY40 Albemarle Pippin, and more recently has sailed a J105 named Loose Cannon, now sold. Until he retired from FBYC management he spent 20 years working on the website and finance committees.
On the racecourse Blake can be found skippering his J-70 "NOSTALGIA" with his wife Julia on the bow and father Lud trimming. When not trying to go fast their time on the water is spent cruising the Chesapeake and New England aboard their Bristol 43.3 "TRADITION".
