One of the buoys is #41002 -
a bouy anchored about 200 miles SE of Cape Hatteras at 32.27 N 75.42 W (32°16'19"N 75°25'02"W)
in a Water depth: 3,785.6 m with a Watch circle radius: 3,100 yards.
